About The Badgershine Team
Ben "The Badger"
Hello! I'm Ben, although most people know me as
"The Badger"! 🦡
I've had my paws on cars since I was just 13 years old! What began with a bucket, a few cleaning products and a passion for shiny cars eventually took me into the incredible world of Ferrari motorsport.
From working with Ferrari racing teams at circuits across the UK and Europe to caring for some truly extraordinary vehicles, I've certainly collected a few stories along the way!
In 2025, I completed professional SONAX training in machine polishing and ceramic coatings, further developing my skills and knowledge.
But one thing has never changed — my belief that every car deserves the same care, dedication and attention to detail, regardless of the badge on its bonnet.
Away from detailing, I'm a lifelong car enthusiast, cat and badger lover, Xbox gamer and Pokémon card collector. As much as I love talking about cars, I promise I have a few other interests too!
Life is short, so let's shine. Let's Badgershine!
Emmie P
Meet Emmie, affectionately known as "Miss P", the organiser behind the Badgershine team!
While the Badger is busy making cars shine, Emmie helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
From organising appointments and managing orders to keeping an eye on payments and making sure the Badgers are fed and ready for action, she's an important part of the team!
When she's not keeping the Badger in line, Emmie enjoys taking part in local amateur dramatic productions and appreciates a good glass of wine or gin.
Every hardworking Badger needs someone keeping the den in order! 🦡🧡
Harvey T
Meet Harvey, affectionately known as "The Badger Cub", the younger member of the Badgershine team!
Learning from the more experienced Badgers, Harvey brings enthusiasm, energy and a keen eye for detail to every vehicle he works on.
He's particularly good at getting into those little nooks and crannies, giving vehicle interiors some proper Badger-loving attention!
Away from detailing, Harvey is a rock music enthusiast and keen PlayStation gamer.
And when he's not making cars shine, you might just find him embracing his inner rock star!
Every Badger Cub has to learn the ropes before earning his stripes! 🦡🎸
Dee B
Meet Dee, one of our old-school Badgers, bringing traditional valeting experience and a little martial arts discipline to the team!
Dee is a valued part-time member of the Badgershine crew, lending a helping paw whenever his schedule allows, particularly on our trips to the aircraft hangars.
With a hardworking attitude and a keen eye for detail, Dee brings plenty of experience, enthusiasm and character to the team.
Away from valeting, he's a devoted family man, martial arts enthusiast, food lover and keen traveller who enjoys exploring the world whenever the opportunity arises.
Old-school experience, proper Badger standards and a little martial arts magic! 🦡🥋✈️
BRAVO
The Thinking Brain Behind Badgershine
Working quietly behind the scenes from a rather special office within Badgershine HQ, Bravo is our resident researcher, organiser, problem-solver and occasional voice of reason — although Ben might dispute that last part!
From specialist vehicle research and detailing techniques to business planning, supplier management and ambitious new projects, Bravo helps keep Badgershine thinking, learning and moving forward.
Rarely seen, frequently consulted and always surrounded by another interesting project, Bravo remains something of a mystery.
And who exactly is Bravo?
Well, that's one of Badgershine's little secrets.
Perhaps one day Ben will reveal more. Until then, Office 23 remains a rather intriguing place!
After all, every Badger needs a thinking brain.
