When booking in with the Badgershine Team, Please make sure you have the correct time & date you require, the past couple of years we have had numerous cancellations at last minute causing us loss of earnings an also blocking other potential customers been able to choose the same date/time. We have now introduced a 2 monthly strike system if you cancel more than this then we will require you to pay a deposit from 25% - FULL, We also have the right to block you from Badgershine services for a 6 month period. 

We ask you the customer to be TOTALLY HONEST about your vehicle, the last thing we want is for us to turn up and your car be a complete mess with our team members not carrying the correct products or equipment. If you car is a bit of a state JUST tell us as we have probably seen a lot worse and we can then prepare for the visit, Honesty is the key for us to been able to make sure we can valet your car in the allocated time and on a finer note makes it a lot easier for the following customers within the working day. You wouldn't be happy if we are late, we wont be happy cause we are late so Please think ahead they is nothing to be ashamed of we understand family's, busy lifestyles etc and we we want to make sure you get all aspects of your valet done while we are there. 

When choosing your valet Carefully consider the state of your vehicle and what you think we would be able to achieve in the time slot, A Mini valet is basically a brush up and should be only chosen if your car has been previously valeted by us or has had a valet with a 2 month period, We don't like turning up to your valet with more than our workload as when our time is up we have no alternative  but to finish, this is because we may have another customer appointment straight after yours, We may also only have on board the products for the valet you have chosen so If you are unsure about which valet to choose then send us Pics/Images through the normal messaging platforms, tell us what you might think will cause us a delay, we are friendly Badgers and we will advise you the best for your needs. Sometimes choosing a Full valet we maybe able to do you a Mini Valet and vice versa this could save our time and your money!. 

If you have chosen the incorrect valet and we arrive on the day to see more than whats acceptable we will refuse your valet There N Then. A Vehicle is a a mode of transport and should be used for that purpose only, We don't want to deal with sharp objects, removing 10 bales of hay or removing all the kids toys before we start, its not within our job titles and we are there to valet your car nothing else.

Abusive/Aggressive/Drunk/ customers will be REFUSED their valet on the spot. We are kind, courteous an helpful Badgers we expect the same from our customers, Treat us how we treat you otherwise you maybe completelyrefused our services.

We are a small valeting firm, we don't do credit schemes we work for what we live for so DONT ask us for it as it will be a straight NO. For companies that would like payment terms we will consider all applications and if accepted you will be able to book in 5 cars per month MAX only. We accept Bank transfer, Card payments an Cash, we DON'T accept "Can we pay you next Friday, Foreign Currency, Gift Cards, Cakes, Alcohol or any other offerings.

When we arrived at your vehicle we will firstly take a look around and for insurance purposes take any pictures of damage prior to us valeting your Vehicle, We will make sure everything is clear an that we are able to move accordingly within an around your car. If the car has baby seats, dog beds, garden rubbish etc Please remove these prior to our visit. Having 1 footwell floor matt within each passenger space is acceptable, if you have stacked more than 1 than we will ONLY clean the Top matt. Our time is precious an we haven't just been booked in to constantly vac numerous amounts of mats, this will only cause delay on the rest of your car been valeted or not at all, If they is too much of a workload within our allocated time we might offer to upgrade the valet while we are there or we might refuse the valet all together.

We don't charge for removal of Dog hairs but if you DON'T notify us beforehand we may only valet what we can and the rest will be left for you to deal with.

Any questions or thoughts can be passed to the team prior to the valet.

This point is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT,  If they is any illegal drugs, money, weapons or anything that shouldn't be there we ask you  to REMOVE them before we attend, we deal with every walks of life and we don't want to know what's going on in the background so MAKE it disappear BEFORE we arrive. We are here to valet your car not to put our fingerprints on anything that shouldn't be there. If they is something there that shouldn't be we will kindly ask you to remove it and carry on valeting with NO questions asked or we could refuse the right to carry on.

Our passion for valeting/detailing is what are job titles are, we are not stone chip fillers, glass/window crack specialists, upholsterers, mechanics or electric engineers. If on your valets you ask us for something that's other than valeting we will kindly refer you to the appropriate people or companies to deal with your requests. We are there to valet your car not paint or respray your car etc.

The products we give you after your valet or services are then your responsibility to look after, we DON'T take any liability what you do with them or how you use them.

Consumer misuse will be voided by us straight away and any Insurance claim against us will be used by our Solicitors under The Consumer Misuse Act.

If we have valeted your car an we have added a product that might hinder your driving capabilites then what we say MUST go ahead, if you chose to ignore us and do have an accident or are pulled over by the Police we take NO responsibility for your actions, When we say don't drive for 30 minutes because the Tyre gel needs to set or the windscreen wax needs to air off we MEAN IT,  causing an accident is the least of what we want you to do and any of certain products might affect your driving ability or possibly catch the attention of the Police. This advice is the same for us applying sealants and any protectants, if you choose to go to a car wash and remove our products then this is totally your responsibility if you do not get results how we finished your . Our advice is there for you to get maximum value an benefit from your valet. What we say is the Final Say on that matter ignore us and that choice is yours !!.
