Please ensure your booking date and time are correct when arranging a service with Badgershine.

We understand that plans can change. However, repeated last-minute cancellations can result in lost working time and prevent other customers from booking.

Customers who cancel two appointments within a two-month period may be required to pay a deposit of 25% up to the full service cost for future bookings.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, including cancellations on the day, are considered last-minute cancellations.

Where a deposit has been paid, Badgershine may retain some or all of the deposit to cover reasonable losses resulting from a last-minute cancellation, subject to applicable consumer law.

Badgershine reserves the right to decline future bookings where repeated cancellations occur.

We kindly ask customers to be honest about their vehicle's condition when booking a valet.

Whether your vehicle requires additional attention, has heavy soiling or simply needs some extra care, please let us know beforehand.

This allows us to bring the correct products and equipment, allocate sufficient time and deliver the best possible results without affecting other appointments.

We understand that life gets busy, and there's absolutely no need to feel embarrassed about your vehicle's condition.

Please consider your vehicle's condition when selecting a valet package.

Our Mini Valets are designed for regularly maintained vehicles, while cars requiring more extensive cleaning may benefit from a Full Valet.

Each appointment is allocated a specific amount of time, so additional work may not always be possible on the day.

If you're unsure which service to choose, simply send us a few photographs of your vehicle. We'll happily recommend the most suitable package for your needs.

Badgershine reserves the right to decline or discontinue a service where vehicle conditions, safety concerns or customer behaviour make it unreasonable or unsafe to proceed.

Vehicles should be reasonably prepared for their appointment, with excessive rubbish, personal belongings and hazardous objects removed beforehand.

If a vehicle requires significantly more work than the booked package allows, we may recommend an alternative service or rearrange the appointment.

Abusive, threatening or aggressive behaviour towards our team will not be tolerated and may result in immediate refusal of service.

Because respect and safety are essential for everyone.

Badgershine operates on a payment-on-completion basis. We accept bank transfers, card payments and cash.

We do not offer credit or delayed payment arrangements to private customers. Payment is required upon completion of the agreed service.

Commercial customers may apply for approved payment terms, subject to agreement with Badgershine. Approved accounts are limited to a maximum of five vehicles per month unless otherwise agreed.

Approved commercial accounts normally begin with 7-day payment terms. Following a history of successful, on-time payments, extended terms of 14 days or longer may be offered at Badgershine's discretion.

All payment terms must be agreed in advance and confirmed on the invoice.

Before starting any valet, Badgershine will inspect the vehicle and may photograph existing damage or areas of concern for our records.

Please remove excessive rubbish, personal belongings and unnecessary items before your appointment to allow us to work safely and efficiently.

Additional floor mats, heavy pet hair and excessive soiling may require extra cleaning time. Please inform us of these beforehand so we can prepare accordingly.

If the vehicle's condition requires more work than the booked service allows, we will discuss the available options with you before proceeding. Additional charges will only apply where agreed.

For the safety of our team, customers must remove all weapons, illegal substances, sharp objects and potentially hazardous items before their appointment.

Badgershine does not handle, move or take responsibility for personal valuables or prohibited items left inside vehicles.

If any potentially dangerous or suspicious items are discovered, work may be suspended or refused until the situation has been safely resolved.

At Badgershine, our expertise lies in professional vehicle valeting, detailing and paintwork enhancement.

While we take great pride in transforming the appearance of vehicles, certain issues require specialist attention.

Stone chips, deep scratches, cracked glass, upholstery repairs, mechanical faults and bodywork damage fall outside our standard services.

Where necessary, we'll happily recommend seeking assistance from an appropriate specialist.

Because even a little Badgershine magic has its limits!

Hanging air fresheners supplied by Badgershine must be positioned correctly and kept away from dashboards, plastic trim, upholstery and other interior surfaces.

Direct contact with certain fragrance products may cause staining, discolouration or permanent damage to vehicle interiors.

Customers should follow all product instructions and avoid placing air fresheners against interior surfaces.

Badgershine cannot accept responsibility for damage caused solely by incorrect positioning or misuse after handover. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Because a fresh-smelling car should stay looking beautiful too!

At Badgershine, your safety and the protection of your vehicle are extremely important to us. Certain detailing products and protective treatments require specific drying or curing times to ensure optimum performance and lasting results.

We strongly recommend following all professional advice and aftercare instructions provided upon completion of your service. Failure to follow this guidance may compromise the appearance, performance or durability of the treatments applied.

Badgershine cannot accept responsibility for damage resulting directly from improper aftercare or failure to follow our recommendations, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Professional care doesn't end when the service is complete — protecting the results is just as important.
